Health and fitness is a lifelong journey. There really isn’t a finish line. But we all have goals that we want to hit and changes that we want to make. No matter the time of year, when a person makes a decision to push a little harder to make positive, healthy changes, that decision should be supported.
The goal might be to:
- tighten up a little before an event, a season, a vacation
- detox and reboot
- gain more flexibility or strength
- kick start a weight loss program
- pain management to get back to a more active life
- make healthier choices
